Clip the box Square for 45 minutes.
The top of the box can be oversized, polished to 3/8 \"@ 220 sand and trimmed to fit the jewelry box.
The top can be covered with hinges, or the rear corner can be inserted with brass pins.
Once you have determined the final size of the top, you should be able to install all the boxes safely due to your multiple precisionRouter-made boxes.
I like to beat the box and all the corners at the top with 1/8 \"turn
Before polishing.
Jewelry boxes and tops should be polished to at least 220 sand by random track Sander and hand before they are completed.
I choose to spray on the gloss (
Catalytic varnish).
You might prefer something else.
If you are going to spray, I suggest you turn yourself into a lazy susan (
Hardware parts supplied by carpentry).
Take a few pieces of 1/8 \"layers of the same size as the bottom of the box, drill a hole in each corner, and insert the bright flat head box nail into the hole.
The dimensions of the drill should be the same or smaller as the shaft of the nail to prevent the nail from slipping back from the plywood.
Place a layer on the Lazy Susan, nail point, and place the box on the top of the nail point.
After spraying the box, you can pick it up with plywood and put it aside to dry.
When spraying the top, sharp nail points do not leave visible marks on the finish.
The last point is the velvet lining.
You need the poster board, 3m spray-
1/8 foam liner and adhesive on velvet.
Velvet can be found in any dry goods store, and other items can be found in the crafts store of Ben Franklin or Michael.

Spray the liner on the poster board.
With reference to the poster board, the padding should be cut a bit small.
Wrap the velvet on the liner and stick the flaps to the back of the poster board.

This may require some experiments, but the final dimension can be repeated over and over again.

These are usually standard sizes, so if you are interested in using them instead of filling the bottom of the simple package described above, you have to design your box around the size of the velvet tray you will be using.
